Proposed Solution
Sort by when the script was last actually run (when you last visited a @match/@include site).

Use Cases
I have a lot of scripts and searching for a script/function can be time-consuming having to sift through many results. If I haven't visited a site in 6 months, I'd like to delete/archive its script(s).
