This renames
relocatorLoader.getAssetPermissionstorelocatorLoader.getAssetMetawhich then includes bothpermissionsandpathproviding the original asset path.This is necessary to enable subsequent asset processing operations.
Strictly speaking this is a major change so should probably be a bump.
