This is an automated backport of #10371 to the release-v5.0 branch. FYI @BangDori

## Background

The official AI SDK documentation for the Claude Code community provider
is incomplete. The documentation currently lists only opus and sonnet
models, but the actual
https://github.com/ben-vargas/ai-sdk-provider-claude-code library fully
supports the haiku model as well.

This discrepancy causes users to miss out on the fastest and most
cost-effective Claude model option when using the Claude Code provider.

## Summary

Updated the Claude Code provider documentation to include the haiku
model in the list of supported models.

## Manual Verification

Verified the library implementation:
- Checked
https://github.com/ben-vargas/ai-sdk-provider-claude-code/blob/main/src/claude-code-language-model.ts#L224-L226
- Confirmed ClaudeCodeModelId type includes 'haiku'
- Confirmed modelMap object includes haiku mapping
