реализация #656

сделанные изменения

  • добавил упр. форму в тест, это решило вопрос с настройками на сервере.
  • добавил проверку на режим запуска клиента, от этого зависит какой модуль будет использоваться (модуль обработки или модуль формы).
  • добавил проверку при загрузке настроек, чтобы лишний раз не грузить.
  • в тонком клиенте ускорилась работа теста, 720 модулей проверяются за 90 сек. против 600+ сек. до этого.

для совместимости выгрузи исходники на платформе 8.3.10, а не на более поздней платформе.

@SidnevAV Огромное спасибо за доработки.

Значительное ускорение - это очень круто.
Этот тест неожиданно сильно тормозил ( а руки разобраться не доходили.
