CI seems good. Windows nightly code coverage failure is unrelated, android x86 passed but timed out uploading the artifact (presumably a network blip). |

The first commit stops assuming the username of the termux user, and queries the emulator for instead. This fixes #6570.
The second commit fixes android builds of
stat, which had a bad android cfg sneak in.
