Describe the bug

The Removing content from controls section of the profile resolution spec uses the names name-ref, ns-ref, item-name, and class-ref. The OSCAL v1.0.0 release notes document says these objects were renamed to by-name, by-ns, by-item-name, and by-class, respectively.

Profile authors, or tool developers who want to implement their own profile resolver.

What is affected by this bug?

Profile authors using the old names would see schema validation errors. Tool developers would implement certain features incorrectly.
