This pull request fix an issue where Updatecli try to clean up a branch that doesn't exist.

This situation can happen if a target is skipped due to a failing depends on condition then Updatecli doesn't create the working branch.

Test

To test this pull request, we need a target with a scmid and no and a failing depends on condition.
