Given the difficulty i had following the original explanation for using the ffmpeg binaries i rewrote the section in the readme which contained it

Given the difficulty that i (and others have*) had, following the original explanation for using the ffmpeg binaries, i modified the section in the readme, which contained it, to include more detail and more formatting
