This issue tracks the opened issues in Rider that are affecting Uno Platform.

1. MetadataUpdateHandler are not invoked (Prevents HR/HotDesign from working working with the debugger attached)
2. Rider always compiles all TargetFrameworks in multi-TFM projects (Makes overall compilation slow, as all targets builds even if the use chose one TFM)
3. WebAssembly Debugger Support
4. Incorrect TFM is shown in the "Run/Debug Configurations"
5. Changes in MyProject.csproj.user not always detected (Makes DevServer port detection fail sometimes)
6. launchSettings.json: WSL2 command support
7. launchSettings.json: Incomplete list of commandName options (including MSIXPackage)
8. Rider 2024.2 on macOS - 'Access to localhost was denied error when launching WebAssembly applications
