I had made a comment about adding the short timezone identifiers to

timeZone (default is system default time zone or UTC)

• valid identifier per BCP175

That we should add the following:

or per Unicode Timezone Identifier

(That allows implementations to use the short ids, but shouldn't require them. See also #935)
