I propose a study group session or more where the local Carpentries instructors and helpers get together to refresh their knowledge about teaching tech and especially Carpentries workshops.
We could, for example, take a look at the post-workshop surveys and the sticky note feedback and see where we could improve ourselves in regards to instructing and the workshop setting.

I volunteer taking the lead and opening the session(s) with a couple of slides refreshing the Carpentries Instructor Training.
