Introduces a configurable `MaxCharacterVolumeDb` property to control the maximum character volume in decibels. Refactors muting logic to use a backing field and private setter, and ensures volume changes are applied immediately when muting or changing max volume. Also updates volume restoration after recording to use the max volume setting.
