Since #5738, casting a symbol to content doesn't create a text element, but a symbol element instead. This lets us distinguish between letters/symbols and string/text in math, affecting things like auto-italics. In content, symbol elements are transparently converted to text elements. In the process of this, the label is currently lost, meaning that labelled symbols were not queryable.
This PR fixes this in the simplest and most minimally invasive way possible: By forwarding the label to the text element. Possibly, it would be a cleaner fix to let the symbol element go through more realization steps like preparation instead. However, that is a more complex change with potential for regressions. This PR is intended as a hotfix for Typst 0.13.1, so we want to definitely avoid potential regressions. We can consider a cleaner solution in the future.
