- Didn't bump usvg ecosystem for now since it isn't fully updated within itself (released usvg still depends on old rustybuzz)
- Didn't bump ureq for now since 2 -> 3 is a major rewrite and I want to defer dealing with the breaking changes (and potential regressions) to post-0.13
