Description of change

Improve save performance during entities update. In my test case 2 300 entities were updated. It used to take 27 seconds, now only 3 seconds, almost 10 times improvement.

forEach offers here better performance than filter which creates new array
Another thing, we used to iterate over entire subjects array which might be huge, now we operate only on relevant subjects perhaps counterintuitively called allSubjects

It seems to be a dead code. Without identifier subject can't be matched to any entity. All subjects in allSubjects array has identifiers, we check it while creating the array.

During my tests this condition was never satisfied. Even usage of cache does not seem to trigger it.

As explained in another comment, we always have identifier hence this check is not needed.

This helps, ID calculation has a cost.

How did you check the difference in performance?

I found the issue by investigating an instance of event loop block. This is a metric that we monitor in production. For a measurement of fix effectiveness I just used console.time called before save.

<p>Why?</p>
<p>This behaviour was not documented and is considered dangerous as it
can allow a badly-formed object (e.g. with an undefined id) to
inadvertently delete or update the whole table.</p>
<p>When the intention actually was to delete or update all rows, such
queries can be rewritten using the QueryBuilder API:</p>
