Cannot Print UTF-8 Characters

When printing UTF-8 characters, they are not displayed correctly.

echo "thông báo"
```

The output is:

th�ng b�o

Expected output:

`thông báo`

Expected behavior
UTF-8 characters should be printed correctly without corruption.
