Space in PHP path in windows

I have a space in my windows username due to which I am having issues with adding the php path,
my php path is `C:/Users/Laravel Dev/.config/herd/bin/php81/php.exe` and when I run a script I get the error:

Could not open input file: C:\Users\Laravel
```
