Possible typo causing protobufjs to fail at loading Tron.proto.

I get this error `Error: illegal id '0X24' (core/Tron.proto, line 603)`, when loading Tron.proto with [protobufjs](https://protobufjs.github.io/protobuf.js/). I was able to get this to work after changing 0X24 -> 0x24. Can this be fixed please?
