Adds the missing
crossProviderNamespacesallowlist check tomakeTCPServersTransportKeyin the Kubernetes CRD provider.Motivation
Follow up to #13094.
To align the
crossProviderNamespacescheck behavior; this allowlist is enforced for HTTPserversTransport, TLS options, and middlewares on both HTTP and TCP, but the TCPserversTransportpath never got the same check.More
