Treat changes to EndpointSlice endpoint readiness, serving, and terminating conditions as meaningful updates. These fields affect whether a backend endpoint should receive traffic, so ignoring condition-only updates can leave Traefik with stale backend state. Conditions are compared using their documented nil defaults (Ready and Serving default to true, Terminating to false) so a nil-to-default transition is not reported as a change. What does this PR do?
Adds content-aware change detection for EndpointSlice update events, so a rebuild only fires when fields Traefik consumes change (ports, endpoint addresses, and the Ready/Serving/Terminating tri-state) — ignoring updates that only bump metadata/resourceVersion.
