Sometimes I have difficulty creating test torrents. Not all clients support all features. So I have to find the client that supports the feature I want to add to the torrent file.

Besides, even if they support the feature, I have to waste time trying to find the field I want to add to the torrent file in the UI.

For example, there are two ways to add HTTP seeds to a torrent file: httpseeds and url-list. For some clients, it's not clear which one you are using.

For that reason, I think it would be nice to have a console tool to generate them.
