This repository contains supplementary material code, for the research paper titled:
"Chronological Mapping of Comorbidities in Alzheimer's Disease and Vascular Dementia"
The study explores temporal patterns of comorbid conditions in individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and Vascular Dementia, leveraging large-scale health data to identify distinct progression pathways. Our findings aim to enhance understanding of multimorbidity management in neurodegenerative diseases.

To display all of the network graphs for each time frame and group, for both Alzheimer's Disease and Vascular Dementia cohorts, we have included the complete set of network graphs, as determined by Undirected Bayesian Network Analysis.
