I have as specific use case, that I need support for BMP file format.

At this moment I'm monkey-patching Encoder and Api classes and then setting it with $server->setApi($customApi), but it feels like a nasty hack.

My question is: if I'd prepare a pull request for such feature, would there be a chance to have it merged into the package?
