• lifted all version information for regular and test dependencies to the parent pom (dependencies in plugins are not supported by this appriach :-( )
• upgraded all dependencies to the last minor update (except for a few disruptive ones, these have been marked in the parent pom)
• ran full verification (mvn verify) including snowflake
