With the current implementation, the user is not able to set a different server besides Cloudflare and Google. The setting should allow a blank URL so the user can customize it to their preferred provider.

I'm running my own DoH/DoT/DoQ DNS servers powered by Dnsdist, and I don't want to leak DNS queries to Google.
