30 seconds is a bit too small (#8912) so bump a bit before upgrade. On 1000Mbps, this gives us 75GB which should be more than enough to upload one block. I highly doubt anyone has this sized blocks with just 1000Mbps. Signed-off-by: Giedrius Statkevičius <[email protected]>
