What does this PR do?
This PR replaces all the panics in the Example functions with
log.Fatalfcalls, including a descriptive message.Why is it important?
gotestsumis used on CI to run the tests, including a flag to perform retries. If a panic happens, then it's not recoverable fromgotestsum,therefore we need a way to allow the retries, and log.Fatal makes it possible.
