What does this PR do?
This PR moves all the Go files in the internal/testcontainersdocker package to internal/core, which seems a much proper name.
At the same time, because the Localstack module consumed an internal API, we are exposing here a function to get the resolved docker socket.
Why is it important?
Consistency in the project layout.
