Problem

LocalStack now requires authorization key and license to use their library, and Floci is considered as an alternative to test AWS integration. There is already Testcontainers.Floci module but in only supports Java. Is there a plan for Testcontainers.Floci for .NET?

Solution

Floci adapter is needed for all platforms/language, not just for Java.

Benefit

Support for all platforms and language.

Alternatives

If Testcontainer.Floci .NET support is up-for-grabs, I can write such module and send a PR.
