Feature (SmartSDR v3.5.8)

Display user-friendly notifications when attempting to add a new slice or panadapter and the radio's limit has been reached.

Requirements

• Check slice count before creating (+RX button)
• Check panadapter count before creating
• Display notification/toast with limit info
• Different limits per radio model (4 vs 8 slices)

Current State

+RX button exists but doesn't check limits or show feedback.
