What happened?

If FlexRadio's Dax version 4.2.18 is launched first, AetherSDR will not connect to the radio. If AetherSDR is first, then Dax, there will be no audio sent to app MMSSTV. Dax 4.2.18 and MMSSTV work with SmartSDR.

What did you expect?

AetherSDR to connect if Dax is running first. Audio to feed MMSSTV via Dax 4.2.18 if launched after AetherSDR

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Dax 4.2.18
2. Start AetherSDR - will not connect.
3. Alternatively, Start AetherSDR
4. Start Dax, select lower case computer name associated with AetherSDR (SmartSDR is all upper case computer name)
5. Start MMSSTV
6. Select proper Dax for slice 1 in setup
7. Dax flashes but no audio goes to MMSSTV
