Find attached the file that was asked for in issue #1237 an I have not heard back about any resolution.
This Wireshark file should have info needed to trouble shoot this issue of the missing Flex API 10Mhz TXO Calibration command.

It is in zip file format because GitHub does not recognize Wireshark extensions.

What did you expect?

For this to be resolved.
