The offset is set and stored in MEM+A. The transmit frequency retrieved after MEM>A is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setting VFO A 29.660 Mhz offset 0.1Mhz CTSS 88.5
2. Transmitting frenquency is right29.560 Mhz.
3. Name it and store to MEM+ A
4. Click MEM-A and choose stored frenquency.
5. Send frenquency is wrong and far away right one.
