- Replace `flex-col-reverse justify-start h-full overflow-auto` with
`flex flex-col` on the links container; items were overflowing into
negative scroll space (unreachable), and `h-full` blocked the outer
container's `overflow-auto` from engaging
- Guard the linksSnippet branch with `{:else if viewLinks}` so nav
links only render when the hamburger is active; previously any panel
opening (settings, namespaces) would also render the links, causing
both menus to appear simultaneously
flex-col justify-end causes start-side overflow (items above scrollTop=0 are unreachable). Removing h-full lets the outer overflow-auto container handle scrolling correctly — content overflows downward and is reachable.

flex-col-reverse justify-start h-full overflow-auto, which caused items to overflow into negative scroll space (unreachable by the user). Theh-fullconstraint also blocked the outer container'soverflow-autofrom engaging. Replaced withflex flex-colso the outer panel handles scrolling naturally.linksSnippetelse-branch had no visibility guard — it rendered whenever any panel opened (menuIsOpen). Tapping the profile icon setviewSettings=true, which triggeredmenuIsOpenand also rendered the nav links alongside the settings panel. Changed{:else}to{:else if viewLinks}so links only render when the hamburger is active.Test plan
