Describe the bug
This line's url needs changed to https://docs.temporal.io/production-deployment/data-encryption#set-your-codec-server-endpoints-with-web-ui-and-cli

To Reproduce
If the UI can't connect to the codec server, this error shows, but the link is sort of broken

Expected behavior
The error message should have the link mentioned above
