Additional changes beyond version bumps

This PR includes test fixes required for compatibility with server v1.30.0:

1. Removed sqlite version pinning test

• File: internal/temporalcli/sqlite_test.go (deleted)
• Based on: next-server PR #881
• Reason: The server removed the pinned sqlite dependencies in temporal#8489 by implementing a custom driver wrapper that prevents connection closure on transaction context cancellation.

2. Added sleep for version registration in reset tests

• File: internal/temporalcli/commands.workflow_reset_update_options_test.go
• Based on: next-server PR #908
• Reason: The new server version requires waiting for version registration in all task queue partitions before resetting a workflow with a pinned version override.
• Note: Includes a TODO to replace the time.Sleep with a task queue info check on the describe-version command once the CLI supports it (future enhancement, no PR yet).

Can we make sure the TODOs are addressed sooner rather than later?
