最新版本(v1.4.5)，左侧项目不能滚动了

复现步骤 / Steps to Reproduce

更新到最新版本（v1.4.5），添加一定数量的条目，超出可见高度后条目无法滚动

预期结果 / Expected Behavior

恢复成可滚动的状态
