Summary
Proposes integrating Chainlink’s platform to enable secure, agentic, cross-chain treasury management for Talos. By adopting CCIP, Data Feeds, Automation, and Functions, Talos agents can autonomously manage ETH/USDC/T across Arbitrum and Ethereum with minimal trust assumptions. This creates a sustainable, risk-aware infrastructure for treasury growth and opens the door for curators to propose advanced cross-chain strategies.
Type
Standards Track – Protocol mechanism changes
Key Changes
Adoption of Chainlink CCIP as the interoperability standard for moving ETH, USDC, and T across Arbitrum and Ethereum.
Integration of Chainlink Data Feeds for reliable market data and risk management (e.g., automatic unwinding if stablecoins depeg).
Use of Chainlink Automation to trigger treasury reallocations based on real-time yield monitoring.
Enable Chainlink Functions for secure off-chain data retrieval and computation, powering advanced agentic strategies.
Implementation design leverages Talos agent within the Oasis Sapphire ROFL framework, ensuring private keys remain secure in a TEE while autonomously signing CCIP transfers.
Security model backed by 28 independent audits, crowdsourced reviews, and Immunefi’s $3M bug bounty.
Outcome: Establishes a complete stack for Talos’ cross-chain treasury management, closing the gap between protocol yield strategies and secure execution, while expanding opportunities for curators.
