Make sure the variable set via --with-rootprefix= does not contain a
trailing slash, so man pages can use entities like "&rootprefix;/lib"
without ending up having double slashes.
Replace some /usr/lib occurences in man/ with &rootprefix;/lib.

"man: replace hard-coded /usr/lib" was already committed as 7d2e33 as part of PR #39. The second patch "strip off trailing..." is supeseded by commit dd33485 (also part of #39), so closing this.

When extracting, and the file passed as output file does already exist, use
it as extra seed automatically. This way, a file can be extracted, and only
parts that are missing are taken from the store. If the store is remote,
this will save network bandwidth.

Maybe that behavior can be made optional in the future.

In general we'd leak anything that was allocated in the first parsing of
netdev, e.g. netdev name, host name, etc. Use normal netdev_unref to make sure

When check_access() was added, the callback data parameter
was changed from a pointer to a double pointer, resulting
in a crash when it is accessed when logging an error:
