journald.conf's Audit= setting could use an explicit "leave" setting, instead of doing this when assigned empty string #16720

Description

systemd version the issue has been seen with

Used distribution

Gentoo

Expected behaviour you didn't see

Audit should not be enabled

Unexpected behaviour you saw

Audit is enabled

Steps to reproduce the problem
Just run systemd-journald with default settings.

Documentation about Audit option contradicts itself. First, it is said, that if Audit is not set, audit will be left intact. But then it said that by default Audit is enabled. How option could be unset and set by default?
