Description
Adds
env.production.templateand cleans up env vars. I removed default Electrum mainnet peer from env variables, I don't think there was a need to have it in there. RenamedWALLET_DEFAULT_SELECTED_NETWORKtoDEFAULT_BITCOIN_NETWORK. Also updates docs for better setup instructions.Closes #2414 #1842
