[Bug]: Paying LN invoice or lnurl on startup provokes "Lightning Startup Error" "already_init" toast #2440

Describe the bug
Certainly timing related because if I wait a few seconds for ldk to initialise before pasting it doesn't toast.
My guess is the pasting causes a re-init of ldk and the error is shown. Do we need to ever show this error?
Reproduce
- On cold startup, paste an LN invoice or lnurl
- Observe toast error
