Describe the bug

Similar to #2248, when a lightning payment takes a bit longer than usual the 'Pending Payment' bottom sheet is displayed and it doesn't automatically dismiss when the payment fails.

Reproduce

I created a manual channel with https://1ml.com/node/0296b2db342fcf87ea94d981757fdf4d3e545bd5cef4919f58b5d38dfdd73bf5c9 which is being discontinued and attempted to pay my pheonix wallet with the channel. My presumption is this node is no longer routing so it failed to make the payment.
