[Bug]: Pending transfer is not detected on wallet restore #1868

Describe the bug
If a wallet restore is performed during a pending restore there is no Transfer suggestion or Incoming Transfer amount displayed. These were being displayed before the restore.
Reproduce
- Have some pending transfer (for me it was two LN channels that were payed for but not yet open)
- Wipe wallet and restore
- Observe no Transfer suggestion or Incoming Transfer amount even though LN channels are still pending
