We don't use ipythonblocks anymore when teaching conditionals.

Thanks for the contribution! Yes, we still have a few mentions of tuples dispersed in the lesson, so we can keep the reference for tuples for now, until those are cleaned, or a decent explanation is of tuples is added. |

Previous versions used ipythonblocks and tuples, mostly when teaching conditionals. I'm removing mentions to them in the code, as we are not using ipythonblocks anymore and tuples only mentioned in one challenge.
This fixes #262, but leaves untouched the entry for tuples in the glossary.
