How to Reproduce

• do a fresh install of SC (not upgrade)
• see copyright notice covering the Next button
• click on info button for notice to go away (but not on notice itself, or it will start web browser with copyright details)

Expected Behavior

• copyright notice would be shown only after the tutorial is over, i.e. when the actual map is shown (like it does on subsequent startups, e.g. at 00:00:12), as it is otherwise confusing and conflicts with tutorial UI (Next button)
