How to Reproduce

1. Go out surveying with StreetComplete in Germany on a Sunday when the clocks change from CET to CEST
2. Answer a quest about opening hours for a restaurant, bar, etc.
3. Edit opening hours because they have changed.
4. In the list of opening hours, tap on a time to change it, or add a new entry.
5. In the Android clock widget, choose "02:00" as the end time.
6. When the list of opening hours is displayed again, "03:00" is shown instead as the end time.

Expected Behavior
End time is displayed as 02:00 in the list of opening hours, as chosen in the Android clock widget.

I had no problems choosing other times in the clock widget; only 02:00 was problematic. I also didn't notice a similar behaviour last time I surveyed that specific shop, which I think also had a 02:00 in its end time then.
