📚 Context

Biz team reported that some Streamlit Cloud users are confused by the redacted error message we show because we point them to the logs but they don't know where the logs are.

🧠 Description of Changes

  • Extends the redacted error message by: (if you're on Streamlit Cloud, click on 'Manage app' in the lower right of your app)

    • This is a breaking API change
    • This is a visible (user-facing) change
