Summary

When I used Record feature. I found that if we record for more than few seconds (generally, 5 sec) it does not stops. Even after 10 minutes of continues pressing STOP Recording.

Steps to reproduce

What are the steps we should take to reproduce the bug:

1. Go to 'Side Menu'
2. Click on 'Record a screencast'
3. Choose '.Chrome Tab'
4. Record for more than 5 sec
5. Click 'Stop' or Esc
