st.dataframe truncates column width even when space is available #155

Summary
Steps to reproduce
Load a dataframe like shown in the screenshot in streamlit
Expected behavior:
Streamlit uses the whole page width and shows not truncated text in the cells.
Actual behavior:
Text is truncated.
Is this a regression?
